Question: Does EastHarbourIT sell hardware?

No. We provide you with our recommendation for hardware and software and coordinate the purchase on your behalf. We believe in providing you with the best possible solution and liaise with suppliers to get you the best possible price. We will do the hard work for you and not charge you a cent for it, leaving you to simply sign off on the purchase. We don’t believe in making any profit ourselves on the hardware and software so we get the suppliers to invoice you directly thus cutting us out as a middleman. Our job is to implement the purchased solution. We are an IT support provider and solution implementer, NOT a hardware supplier!

Question: We have blown our IT budget for the year, how do we stop this happening again?

We can work with you to help with IT budget forecasting for not only the month ahead, but also the year ahead and even three years ahead. We will sit down with you on a quarterly basis (or as required) and keep you up to date on what hardware and software is either coming to end of life or is simply due for an upgrade to help keep your systems running as efficiently as possible. Using this service from us, in conjunction with one of our MaintainIT plans and PrepayIT plans, will help ensure that your monthly IT spend is more consistent from month to month without unexpected excessive bills.
